This tool is made available for free public viewing and lawful personal or internal informational use only. Access is provided as a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. No ownership rights are granted.

Real estate agents, brokers, teams, brokerages, marketers, vendors, and other industry participants may view this tool only as made publicly available by Bryan Anfinson. They may not copy it, recreate it, commercialize it, rebrand it, present it as their own, use it as a template for another product or service, or incorporate any part of it into their own tools, marketing, client materials, or business operations without express written permission.
